We
apply statistical and computational methods to functional genomics
data. The goals of our laboratory are to develop, apply, and distribute
methods that optimize the discovery process for 'wet lab' scientists,
generating biological predictions by mining genomic data. We are
interested in experimentally testing the strongest predictions,
either in this lab or in collaboration.
